LLavender
I cannot believe it, I just made the homemade Mayo from this site and it is absolutely perfect! And delicious! But I have a question - how long does it keep? I didn't see that info on the recipe page...
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted July 8, 2017 Moderators Share Posted July 8, 2017 Usually at least as long as the expiry date of the egg you used. Feel free to google these sorts of questions using 'whole30 + subject' as things ike mayo have been discussed at length, including the fridge life... Enjoy, looks amazing! margaritagirl
Hi, I read that you add a week to the expiration date of the eggs.

Caitibird
Farm fresh eggs last several weeks. I'm lucky if my mayo lasts a week though! I usually end up making at least two batches So yummy!
