Hello!

I have started the whole 30 quite a few times, and always seem to get distracted and stop anywhere from a day to 9 days in! I really want to complete a whole 30 to work on weight loss, health, fitness (spartan training and running!), allergies (to dairy and I think gluten), and my newly developed migraines. If anyone would be interested in being accountability buddies and/or would like to share some advice, I would greatly appreciate it!
