MadisonP
I'm new to the program, but I have done quite a bit of thorough pouring through lists of compliant ingredients to incorporate into my meal plans. I don't like the taste of most seafood, but I want to switch it up with my meals and stay within my budget. To my delight, my local Kroger grocery store carries large packs of raw, wild caught calamari for about $4. However, I see no mention of calamari anywhere. Is calamari Whole30 compliant? Yes, this is fine as long as you don't put non compliant ingredients with it and you can't deep fry it.
