Recipe ideas please

I currently have a plantian that is no longer green, is there any recipes for these when they have ripened?

I also have a queen squash which i have no idea what to do with.

I keep buying these strange veg and then putting off using them as i have no idea what to do with them!! lol ;)

Dammit, foiled by "q" and "g" again. This happens more than I would like to admit, LOL!

I think queen squash is pretty similar to acorn squash. You can cut it in half, dig out the insides, cut into thin-ish slices (leave the rind on). Brush the slices with ghee or another fat and sprinkle salt on and then roast at high heat....around 435F until tender. If the slices are around 1/2 an inch thick, they should cook up nicely in about 15 minutes.
