I also have a queen squash which i have no idea what to do with. Dammit, foiled by "q" and "g" again. This happens more than I would like to admit, LOL! I think queen squash is pretty similar to acorn squash. You can cut it in half, dig out the insides, cut into thin-ish slices (leave the rind on). Brush the slices with ghee or another fat and sprinkle salt on and then roast at high heat....around 435F until tender.
