Day 2 on Whole 30

Hello Whole 30 Teammates,

I'm on Day 2 of the Whole 30 plan.  A friend of mine introduced me to the program after I saw her dramatic weight loss and improved health.  I'm going for it to increase energy, improve sleep and mood, and create overall health.  If I loose a few pounds along the way, all the better.  

Day 1 started well. By 3 p.m. I was sagging and dragging, but determined to stick to it.  I'm not looking forward to those moments, hours, or days of withdrawal from sugar, but I have better health to keep me looking forward.  

What have you found to be helpful on those days of sugar withdrawal?
