Today's the Day!

Today is Day One.  So far, so good.  

I've already learned that I actually like sweet potatoes  - I never thought I did!  Also,  my eyes have been opened to the fact that the ingredients of nearly everything in my pantry includes grain or sugar. And we have always tried to "eat healthy"! :unsure:

 I've always thought low-fat, high fiber was the right way to eat, until I met my current physician, who suggested I try Whole30, just to see what happens.  My husband is not doing this with me, so he'll be eating that stuff on his own.

I'm looking forward to reading through everyone's stories.
