Hi Eating better!

I started on July 21st too. I hope your first three days have been going well. What type of "comments" are you looking for? I started this weekend because I had three days off in a row and it's been a great time to plan, shop and get ready for the rest of the week. One recommendation, if you don't know what to cook, is to check out the Real Plans link offered on the Whole30 website  https://realplans.com/whole30/?AFFID=255802 . For me, it helps take the guess work out of "what am I going to cook/eat today". I have recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday of the week, and I can modify the choices according to how my days are. It's been a big help getting ready for the work week.

I'm sticking to the three meals a day only since I have an issue with snacking in-between meals and especially at night. So far so good, but not sure how the week will go. 

One thing I found helpful also was printing out the Common Additives list and using it when reading labels to ensure I wasn't buying an item with unapproved ingredients. https://whole30.com/downloads/additives.pdf.
