So excited to create a recipe that allows my favorite meal and keeps me compliant! I baked two potatoes and scooped out the insides to use in place of flour/cornmeal. Mixed crab meat with potatoes, chopped red peppers, chives, egg, old bay, and toasted almond slivers for crunch. Made patties and browned in ghee, then set in oven. Served with the whole30 tartar sauce over frisee. Perfection! Actually better than the "original" because the potatoes stay moist. Two baked potatoes with equal crab makes six crabcakes.
