My husband has done it prior while I was preggers and now that I've got a 1 y/o I'm ready to refocus and regain a healthy relationship w/food again! I have the hardest time eating, it always feels like I'm too busy or too tired, so I reach for a coffee or quick sandwich, which never is sufficient, so being tired is the norm.
