I'm starting my first Whole 30 tomorrow and I'm super excited. I have been battling my PCOS for a 16 months now and I have had a lot of success but I am still on a high dose of medication to control my high insulin levels. So far I have lost 97 pounds counting calories and exercising, but I have hit a 5 month plateau. I don't plan to be on medication for the rest of my life, I'm hoping this will be the answer to my problems. I finished my shopping yesterday and made my food plan for the first week. Today I'll start my food prep and enjoy my coffee creamer. Wish me luck.
