Day 1 of my 1st whole 30

I have been eating a lot of eggs and making sure I eat enough at meals to keep me from wanting to snack. Which is hard. The hardest part so far is my coffee, I love Starbucks.  Making sure my protein at supper is a must, also making sure I have a good breakfast. I to am in the grumpy phase. How about you?
