Lasherjlg W30 Log - August 2 Start

I had good intentions to start on Monday, July 30, but I didn't end up grocery shopping, and therefore didn't end up prepping either.  So I grocery shopped on Monday night, and cooked basically one meal with 4 portions; then made another meal on Tuesday, August 1.  So technically today is my first full compliant day.

Breakfast: Mediterranean Chopped Salad leftovers (http://www.thewholesmiths.com/2017/07/25/whole30-mediterranean-chopped-salad/)

Lunch: leftover strip sirloin pan roasted in ghee with salt and pepper; grocery store veggie mix of green beans, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, slivered almonds, and some other stuff (when I bought it I double checked that all ingredients were compliant); and fruit.

I don't actually have dinner planned out yet, but may end up being a version of the protein salad from the W30 book, or another leftover of one of the above.


Activity: if the weather holds up I'll be meeting my run club for a 3 mile run/walk.
