Daily Gut Detox Drink

Starting my Whole30 journey on Monday.  For over 2 years, my husband and I have started our days with a gut-friendly detox drink consisting of 1/2 cup filtered water, 1/2 cup coconut juice (organic and pure young coconut juice with no additives), 2 tblspns of Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tblspns organic lemon juice from fresh-squeezed lemons and a dash of organic cayenne pepper.  I assume this is ok on the plan but wanted to check before I begin.

Excited and scared!

It is.....technically. Wondering what the point of it is? We recommend that you eat a properly composed meal within an hour of waking. If this doesn't interfere with that then I think it would be alright. Watch the coconut juice though, that's basically straight sugar and is not recommended for consumption unless you are doing strenuous outdoor activity in the heat or endurance type events.
