Nlp
I'm only on day 4 so maybe this is part of the process but day 3 and 4 I have been feeling lightheaded, nauseous and no appetite. I try to eat but it just makes me want to throw up, I can usually get down some fruits and veggies but meat and hot foods are pretty much a no go. I did well on day 1 and 2 but now nothing sounds good to eat. I've been having headaches which I was expecting. Any suggestions? Thoughts?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted August 9, 2017 Administrators Share Posted August 9, 2017 Hard to give any suggestions without knowing what you've been eating these past few days. Please give some details so we have something to work with here.
Nlp
Breakfast have been having a spinach frittata and 2 servings of fruit (tried to add meat to it this morning but couldn't handle it) Lunches have been either chicken burger or chicken meatballs with salad with veggies and serving of fruit. And maybe hard boiled egg. Dinner had steak or grilles chicken with veggies and fruit and salad a couple of the nights. Drinking water all day and with every meal. Also, I'm not trying to lose weight just maintain. I can't afford to lose.
slc_melissa
It looks like you are not eating enough and and not adding fat to any meals.

Avocado, olives, coconut, mayo, pesto, olive oil, lard, tallow, schmaltz... Also, ease up on the fruit and try and replace that with veggies... two servings of fruit at breakfast is a lot...
