I have a question about potatoes, are these considered vegetables for the meal template? I just feel that I was always told potatoes don't qualify for the vegetable portion of dinner. Specifically, they're starchy vegetables, and most people seem to do best with about a fist-sized serving of starchy vegetables each day, though some may need more or less. It's fine to have them, they count as vegetables, but be sure you're also eating other types of vegetables as well.
