I love that you're "not doing a whole 30", and I totally get it. I found myself, this past year, having some sort of fear/rejection around making less than "perfect" choices which apparently resulted in making terrible choices. Now most of my closet doesn't fit and I'm about 15 pounds heavier than I've ever been. I've gotten so off course in the last year that I started a Whole 30 today to get back on course.
