lhenkin Posted November 11, 2012 Share Posted November 11, 2012 So, I am in the re-introduction phase and have allowed myself Lactaid milk for my tea (but no artificial sweetener). My question is....for the long term, what is the most compliant "milk" for my tea? Coconut milk didn't do it for me, so that is not an option. What should I be using?
