Molly's whole30--day 1

I was on the road today but did the best I could at Moes and Panera. Not ideal but I think I did okay!

Lunch: moes salad with romaine, sautéed onions peppers and mushrooms, guacamole, salsa, and grass fed steak

Dinner: chicken avocado Cobb salad without cheese or dressing

Berries with coconut butter

Day 3

Lunch: leftover steamed broccoli and 1/2 lb ground beef with 1/2 tbs tahini, mustard

A weird sort of pancakey thing: I egg, a few spoons canned pumpkin, a few spoons coconut flour, splash of coconut milk all heated on skillet

Dinner: salad with cherry tomatoes, cake, guac, EVOO, lemon

2 chicken sausages

1 small Korean sweet potato with clarified butter and cinnamon

Day 4

Lunch: large lettuce salad with cuke, tomato, hefty amount of guac, canned Alaskan salmon, lemon, Greek spices

Dinner: broccoli and green pepper cooked in coconut milk and curry paste

Grassfed ribeye--~ 5 oz.

Small Korean sweet potato with butter and cinnamon

Day 5

breakfast: leftover steak (2.5 oz) with 1/2 avocado

lunch: lettuce, 1/2 avocado, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, canned salmon, lemon, zatar spice

dinner: broiled asparagus (a lot) in evoo and lemon

2X that egg/pumpkin/coconut flour pancake i made a few days ago

carrots dipped in tahini <---had quite a bit of this but i was in a snacky mood and figured this was better than 90% of the crap out there!
