jonesmf7 Posted November 16, 2012 Author Share Posted November 16, 2012 Day 5 breakfast: leftover steak (2.5 oz) with 1/2 avocado lunch: lettuce, 1/2 avocado, cherry tomatoes, green pepper, canned salmon, lemon, zatar spice dinner: broiled asparagus (a lot) in evoo and lemon 2X that egg/pumpkin/coconut flour pancake i made a few days ago carrots dipped in tahini <---had quite a bit of this but i was in a snacky mood and figured this was better than 90% of the crap out there!
