I wonder...if you heated the egg muffins in the morning and put them in a small cooler that you first heated with hot water, would they still be warm at 9? It may be more work than anyone wants to do in the morning, but I've used this trick in the past to keep breakfast items warm for a few hours. Just a thought. I read the article on Digestive Enzymes here on the site yesterday, looked up the ingredients of the recommended formulas and then went out last night and found something at Planet Organic that should do for him. He was happy to get it. When I showed him the list of symptoms in the article and asked himif he had any, he said, "Yes." I asked him which ones and he said "all of them." We think there's a good chance he'll be called into work tomorrow (It's Grey Cup here--football), so I'll be making some sort of egg muffin and a big pot of soup today.
