I started yesterday...sort of.  I have Chronic Lymes & a history of Epstein Barre & Chronic Fatigue.  DR. Won't actually diagnose me with Chronic Lymes and says I have Fibromyalgia  (assuming for Political reasons) but anyways, this is why I am going through a diet change.

 

Day 0: Breakfast - lots of water

Day 0: Lunch - steak salad with shredded cheese which I didn't realise was a no ( I had decided yesterday to cut out sugar prior to commiting to whole30.  Whoops) 

Day 0: Snack - blueberries

Day 0: Evening Snack - guacamole & carrots 

Day 0: Dinner - Baked chicken with green peppers & Onions.

First Official Day (and I was scheduled to go OUT to lunch with my Aunt & Uncle).  Maybe I'm doing a 'Whole 35'...

Day 1: Breakfast - lots of water

Day 1: Lunch - steak sandwich with mushrooms & onions minus the bread & cheese, with greens & tomatoes

Day 1: Snack - guacamole & carrots

Day 1: Evening Snack - peach & strawberries

Day 1: Dinner - Leftoever Baked chicken with green peppers & Onions.
