Epic or Rx Bars in Europe?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone from across the pond know how easy it is to find Epic, Rx Bars or other things of the like in Europe? My husband and I are spending two weeks in England, France, Germany, and Switzerland in a few weeks and I'm trying to figure out how much room I need in my bag for snacks.  Obviously, I plan to eat primarily local, delicious fare, but we'll be doing some hiking and I'm sure we'll forget about restaurants closing at least once and/or find ourselves in some other pickle, so just want to be prepared.

Thanks!

I'm not sure about the rest of Europe (although ceryainly food labelling laws are much stricter so any of the key allergens will be highlighted in bold), but >this thread< would be a good place to start for the UK leg of your trip.

Please be careful with Epic Bars.  We are new to Whole30 and thought since they were approved, all flavors were sugar free.  This is not the case!  The Wild Boar has brown sugar, Uncured Bacon has maple sugar and Bison has brown sugar.  Read the labels as all Epic Bars are not compliant.  Trying to remain Sugarless in Seattle
