WholeInOne
So, even after being on whole 30 for 15 days, I'm still not regular. I often get diarrhea. At first I was like, it's because I'm cleansing. I do eat a lot of fruit since it is the summer time, would this be the cause?
jmcbn
Eating a lot of fruit could definitely be the cause, but there could be any number of other reasons... Can you give us a run down of what you've eaten over the past 3-4 days so we can take a closer look?
WholeInOne
I have been having bananas with sunbutter and sweet potato for breakfast. I had a sweet green salad for lunch one day (all the ingredients were compliant, apple, broccoli, kale, chicken), fruit salad and a regular salad, and I did skip lunch one day because I was really busy at work and had to eat an Rx bar. For dinner I have had some deli meat or hamburgers. One night I had shrimp and green beans. I think I'm really low on vegetable intake at dinner time. slc_melissa
I'd cut back on nuts and fruit, which can contribute to diarrhea and work on getting your meals up to template standards. The breakfast you mentioned has no protein, the lunch has no fat, and the dinner has neither fat nor vegetables.
WholeInOne
Is there somewhere that has example template meals? I'm always better at copying someone else's meals.
slc_melissa
I can't give you any specific examples, but there are plenty of bloggers out there. I'm not on instagram, but I know lots of people post picture there. But, hunk of protein, some sort of fat, and a lot of veggies.
jmcbn
Yep, what @slc_melissa said. I'd also take a look at that deli meat to check it's compliant - many contain added sugars, sulphites, corn starch etc.
grammymacd
I am on day 14 and have had dark diarrhea for 8 of those days. I have protein at each meal, breakfast is either eggs or banana,blueberries,10 cashews,1 Tbl. almond butter. Lunch is either boiled eggs with veggie and fruit or leftover meat from dinner with veggie and meat. Dinners are meat, veggie, sweet potatoe, somethimes fruit. I think I'm correct on what I'm eating. But this diarrhea needs to stop.

Are you drinking the recommended half an ounce of water per pound of body weight daily?
