Hi I started the program yesterday, I am so so ill with fibromyalgia that I really hope this helps. I can't find on this site exactly what I can eat as I am a veggie. I am not great with technology  and need help in learning new recipes and how to access them on here. Can anyone help please.

The vegetarian version of Whole30 is a bit of a knock-off in that we don't promote/offer specific recommendations on the vegetarian protein options as it runs counter to Whole30 principles of gut health. That said, we do like to try and be inclusive so there are some resources available that you would want to read through. If you are willing to eat fish and/or eggs, your best bet is to do the Whole30 as written and use fish and eggs as your protein, avoiding the vegetarian proteins. This would give you the reset you are likely looking for in order to do reintroductions and find out how foods affect your body.

Google: "Whole30 vegetarian" and you'll get some articles and likely some recipes. The forum doesn't host recipes so you won't find that here. Again, google would be your friend.
