allan Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 I'm about 10 days into a Whole30 and I'm looking for suggestions for energy supplements during endurance training. Specifically, I run and train for marathons and I usually have energy gels every 45 minutes during 2-3 hour runs. As most of these contain sugars or sweeteners, I was wondering if anybody knew of any type of sports drink or gel that is complaint. Thanks!
