While I have experienced increased energy overall, I seem to get pretty tired around 6pm. I'm feeling generally more stable and patient, and my digestive system is nice and calm. I'm really proud that I've made it this far and feel like I can make it until the end and beyond. I feel really good and I'm sleeping so much better. I miss my wine though... I'm happy to report that my husband and I made it through the Whole 30 and will be continuing on. I lost 11.5 lbs and inches too! Hope you had success as well!
