I just taste tested this recipe last night as I prepare for my fully paleo and mostly whole30 compliant thanksgiving. I followed the recipe in this link but I used butter for my fat (because I love buttery stuffing and I tolerate it ok) and I added some almond flour before baking which softened the texture and helped bind everything a little like proper stuffing. The result was amazing and I ate it for dinner and breakfast :)
