First Day Jitters (I CAN do this!)

Starting this journey today. My son told me about Whole30 at the beginning of the summer and we've been planning to commit since- just wanted to wait for vacations to be over and house guests to be gone. I'm hoping to have more energy, be done with sugar once and for all, slim down, and just feel better in general. I want to be a good example for my son during this joint venture, so I'm hoping that will motivate me on the more difficult days. Good luck to all of the other newbies out there! Looking forward to sharing this experience and reading your posts:)
