Hi, I've just cleared my cupboards and fridge too. Starting tomorrow by shopping early and batch cooking. I reached 21 days in July/August on my own, then travelled, couldn't find compliant food and got seriously off plan again. I followed paleo eating for several years and felt fantastic, and so want to be back to all the energy/health I had then. Will be on restricted AIP plan with no nightshades. Looking forward to hearing about your success!
