Hi there,

I am on day two of my whole 30 and my stomach has felt empty all day and all day yesterday. I'm eating a lot and making sure I'm getting fat in every meal. I don't even necessarily feel hungry - just this awful annoying empty feeling. Is this normal? Will it go away? Is there anything I can do to make it go away?

 

Any help is appreciated

Hey @Jessicabruzzeze & welcome to the forums :-)

Can you let us know what you have eaten up until now so that we can be better equipped to comment? Many people think they are eating enough when in actual fact they are not eating NEARLY enough....

Also, how much water are you drinking? People often misread thirst as hunger.
