Starting September 11th

I am starting tomorrow, Sept 11, 2017! I have been reading and trying to plan a menu, going shopping in a few minutes. Will head back to the gym tomorrow as well. I am a nurse and struggle with foot and ankle problems and am hoping the "anti-inflammation" will maybe help with this. I also am very unhappy with my physical shape, size as well as stamina. I could use all the help I can get. I am pretty nervous about the restrictions, I need to look up more side dish recipes and would appreciate any tips from the veteran Whole 30'ers. I struggle with taking care of myself after taking care of patients all day and the family when I get home, it is time to take care of me.
