R8rzgrl Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 Hi my name is Mary and I just started my SeptemberWhole30. This is my first Whole30 and I just finished day 2. I have been "starting" this program for awhile now and just kept putting it off another day, week, month. So I decided I have to just start today and if I fall off then I start over until I complete the whole30. My goal is to stick with it without restarting and I will try my best to do it. I will update as I can and am making myself post daily on twitter, facebook and instagram to keep my motivation going and keep me accountable. EmmaRose Posted September 9, 2017 Share Posted September 9, 2017 when i make changes, i like to keep track of my "streaks" in a calendar. i use a special journal for my workouts and i give myself a smiley sticker on days i work out. i am using an app to track my whole30 compliance.
