Lauren's Whole30 log day 1

Breakfast: @ scrambled eggs in 2 tsp ghee with 1/2 avocado and black coffee 5 oz

Snack: Red bartlett pear

Lunch: Salad- super lettuce mix (spinach, kale) cherry tomato, 1/2 avocado, lemon vinegarette with Chicken and artichokes in coconut cream and lemon

Snack: 4 strawberries (medium) 7 grapes and 7 cherries

Dinner: Bison meatballs with home made marinera.
