mamacaw Posted September 14, 2017 Share Posted September 14, 2017 Before starting whole 30, I would add an electrolyte packet to my water when exercising to counteract cramping. I do 60 minutes HIIT and weight training 5-6 times a week. My packets have sugar in them so I stopped using them. Cramps have started again. I drink plenty of water and do lots of stretching.
