danielles130
I'm an early morning exerciser, always have been (when I am actually exercising that is!) I'm on Day 21 of my Whole 30, things are going great, but i haven't been in the gym since I started. I plan to get back to it tomorrow. Thinking about a pre-workout meal, but I have to take Thyroid meds first thing, on en empty stomach and wait 30 minutes before eating. Its simply not possible for me to get up any earlier, with nothing to do but wait to eat. How much am I sacrificing if I miss that pre-workout snack? kirkor
You should be fine, especially if you are used to working out fasted pre-Whole30. Keep an eye on your performance and energy levels as you incorporate more exercise, and possibly make your M1 larger if you feel you need more sustenance.
