lorid Posted November 16, 2012 Share Posted November 16, 2012 Just wondering if I should continue taking my sublingual food allergy drops (or seasonal allergy drops) during the Whole30? I've been on them for almost 3 years with another 1 or 2 years to go. Made good progress so far - don't want to go backwards but at the same time I'm optimistic about this solving them.
