Anyone have any grand ideas on what I could meal prep and bring to work as a preworkout that I can have either just before leaving work or on my way to the gym? slc_melissa Posted September 18, 2017 Share Posted September 18, 2017 The suggestion in the meal template is a small amount of protein (1/2 a meal size or smaller) and (optionally) a small amount of fat (1/2 a meal size or smaller) for pre workout.
