6pm Workout - Preworkout?

Hello! I want to start working out more after work which is around 6:00pm. Anyone have any grand ideas on what I could meal prep and bring to work as a preworkout that I can have either just before leaving work or on my way to the gym?

I think it'll really help me be consistent if I go straight from work to the gym instead of stopping at home first to get ready.
