Aa3405
I was interested to know what the Hartwigs thought about the blood type diet. I am blood type B and according to the founder, Dr. Peter D'Adamo, I am supposed to avoid cashews and coconut products. Also some of the foods allowed on his diet are restricted on the initial whole30 food list such as millet. I haven't really followed his diet yet, but I wanted to know how to incorporate the two together. Thanks.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted September 21, 2017 Administrators Share Posted September 21, 2017 Melissa Hartwig doesn't provide insight or recommendations on other diets, mainly because Whole30 is not a diet but is a 30 day food elimination protocol meant to give you a base with which to reintroduce foods and see how they work for your body. You are free to take a read through what and why of Whole30 here and on Whole30.com and see if it sounds like something that interests you. This forum is specifically for Whole30 related questions, discussions and topics. We don't coach on how to co-mingle with Weight Watchers, Zone, Atkins or your blood type diet.
