Day 19

I am on day 19 of whole 30.  It's a bit easier than I expected.   I find that I miss certain things the most, my sandwich thins for lunch.   I have discovered how much I love sweet potatoes and I made a chicken dish with dates.  It was amazing.

I know I have lost inches,  can't wait to take measurements after the whole 30 is complete.   I do find that I no longer have the afternoon slump.  The bloating has gone down significantly.   I never realized how so much of the food I eat is processed.     Whole 30 has made me take a step back and realize what I am putting in my mouth. 

I started Whole 30 as more of a challenge for myself.  I wanted to see if I could it.   I am proud that I have made it this far.  only 11 more days.
