21kelsey1694
I'm a college student living on campus. I've been trying to keep up with the Whole 30 program, but I'm running into trouble, since I have no kitchen besides a microwave. I can pick up groceries pretty easily, but it's hard finding things that are both healthy and easy to make. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Ann
Do you have a fridge? Eggland's Best has bags of hard boiled eggs willwhich would be handy protein. And I think baby spinach is very handy (does it even need refrigeration?) - spinach salad w Whole Foods deli roast beef (or any handy protein - maybe a can of tuna or salmon?), olives and/or nuts, whatever other veggies you might have (green beans nuked in the bag? Or any veggie steamed in the microwave in a covered bowl with a little water. I think warm veggies on a cold salad are especially yummy, but good cold too), and olive oil/vinegar/Dijon dressing. You can mix the dressing in a jar with a lid - one part vinegar to 3 parts oil and a squeeze of Dijon, fresh herbs are good too but not necessary, shake it up good, and it is good for at least several days at room temp.
