Johnny M-- Why white rice over brown rice, given the option? I'm in the middle of my first Whole30, so it's not currently relevant. But I'm curious!




White rice is easier to digest because the antinutrients have been removed. While white rice pretty much only provides starches the nutrients in the brown rice are so protected that without sprouting, fermenting, or soaking you won't get much of those nutrients anyway.
