Committing to start Oct. 12!

At least one friend (maybe 3 more) and I have committed to start our Whole30 on Oct. 12 (after her vacation trip) and support each other through it. I might be challenged by the types of fall baking and cooking that my former professional chef of a husband likes to do during this season (think apple pies plural), but I often eat differently than he does anyway. He's also very supportive and will make me foods from the Whole30 Cookbook that I just purchased. I'm excited to try this experiment and discover the rewards of hopefully increased energy, less itchy skin, better sleep (just say no to insomia, even if occasional), and feeling LESS BLOATED (and gassy tmi)! Oh, and losing weight as a side bonus.
