What is happening around the time that you are ending your Whole30?

Stress? Lack of prepared/available compliant food? Emotional eating? Habit? Cravings? 

We can try to help a bit but realistically you can help yourself by examining both your reasons for doing the program and the circumstances that have led you off the program three times. Then, once you have an understanding, you go forward and plan to work around whatever those things were.
