Hi, I am just now starting my 30 day journey today. This has been a struggle for me, maintaining a healthy weight and basically achieving overall great health - this is why for me I have decided I need to "reset" my body.

Today, for breakfast I had/am having a cup of coffee with just coconut milk, leftover meat sauce and a half sliced English cucumber. Followed with a glass of water, and an herb regimen that I am taking.

So today is day 3 and well I did not do so great, nor so terrible.

Breakfast - 2 beef patties, and sautéed onions-orange bell peppers-zucchini

Lunch - hot wings, with fries an a teaspoon of bleu cheese dip*

in addition, I have an accountability partner that I send my daily menu to and she gives me constructive criticism in the areas I am lacking.
