Lukas_ 0 Posted October 1, 2017 Share Posted October 1, 2017 I'm in day 20 of the Whole30 program and even now I feel weak during muscle gain exercises at the gym. I do the extra meals but is not enough. What should I do? Link to post Share on other sites

Could you list a day or two of typical meals, including approximate portion sizes as they relate to the meal template? Are you salting your food? Eating at least a serving of starchy vegetables each day? Drinking plenty of water? Adding fat to every meal in addition to what you cook with? Do your meals keep you satisfied 4-5 hours at a time?
