What you favorite go-to cookbook?

I love Well Fed and David Sisson's Primal Blueprint Quick and Easy Meals, Make It Paleo, How To Cook Everything (not a thing to do with Paleo, but it's simply a great cookbook and things can be tweaked). Good topic, it will be good to see what other people come up with. :)

I've tried a few recipes in Make it Paleo and have LOVED them (best pot roast ever!). I bought Everyday Paleo am trying out a recipe tonight. I don't love Well Fed so far... I've made 2 recipes that were good but the amount that the recipe makes could feed a small army - it's just me and my husband and the recipe I made was difficult to freeze part of it. Also, the majority of the recipes have a long cooking time - I don't get home until 7-8 at the earliest so 2 hours of prepping/cooking just doesn't work for me on the weeknights. I love to cook but try to keep things simple on weeknights and favor the longer cooking recipes for the rare weekends that I have more time.
