It looks like you're definitely a little weak on protein. I'd keep everything else the same, but just eat more meat.

Just as an aside, we discourage tracking during the whole30 to get folks out of the type A mentality and instead, try to get them to focus on quality and tweaking their relationships with food. Obsessive logging and tracking is definitely not what we're trying to reinforce here, so as long as you can keep out of that mentality, you're good to go...just proceed with caution! :)

Thanks Renee! Weak on protien. wow. and i feel like im eating so much already.... i will try to add more!

I havent tracked at all and its been wonderful :)

I was just looking at the other threads where people talk about the fat/carb/protien ratio's and then i got worried that maybe my ratio's were off and thats why i havent seen as much weight loss as others.... so i tracked today to get some feedback! Guess i should have said that to begin with he he.
