GChicago
I realize the topic is a bit TMI, but here it goes. I have had internal hemorrhoids for 6 years, and as long as I stay hydrated, they are controlled. The first week on Whole30, my bowel movements are wreaking havoc with the hemorrhoids, and am not sure if I should be doing (eating) something different --- any help or recommendations is greatly appreciated. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted October 15, 2017 Moderators Share Posted October 15, 2017 It's pretty hard for us to tell you if you should be eating something different without knowing what you're eating now... if you would like directed help, please list out a few days of your meals being as specific as possible. I would also suggest you see your doctor to let them know what you're doing differently now as if you are on medications or other treatments, drastically changing your diet can be problematic. Are you drinking the recommended 1/2oz of water per pound of your body weight daily?
