Starting tomorrow and having a tough time on how to start.

If you mean a juice fast where you have nothing but juice, no, we wouldn't recommend that. On whole30, we want you to eat whole foods in adequate amounts to fuel your body in a healthy way. Juice in general isn't recommended, other than to use in recipes or to add a splash to your water occasionally for flavor.
