Administrators ladyshanny Posted October 17, 2017 Administrators Share Posted October 17, 2017 Ideally you'll fuel your workouts/activity with pre and post workout mini-meals and create your other meals so that they last you 4-5 hours in between. Until you get your composition and volume right for you, eating between meals would be ideally a protein + fat or protein + vegetable.
